Compressed Sofa Packaging & Vacuum Compression
Packing that pays for itself.
The right packing can cut your freight cost more than any discount. Here are the three options we quote — and when to use each.

Flat-Pack Carton
Modules packed flat in reinforced cartons. Best for modular lines and last-mile-friendly delivery where buyers assemble on site.

Vacuum Compression
Our signature: sofas compressed to a fraction of their volume — cutting shipping volume by up to 60–80%. Maximum container fill and the lowest landed cost per unit.

Palletized Export Packing
Shrink-wrapped pallets for LCL or FCL shipment, warehouse-friendly and quick to put away on arrival.
Volume savings that change your quote
Compressed sofas cut shipping volume by up to 60–80% — more sets per 40\' container, lower freight per set, less warehouse space per unit.

Packing and shipping questions
Our standard is vacuum compression — foam products are compressed, wrapped in thick PE bags and shipped in strong corrugated cartons to save shipping space and cost. Flat-pack cartons and palletized export packing are also available depending on the product and your channel.
Our foam products are vacuum compressed and packed in thick PE bags, then shipped in strong corrugated cartons to save shipping space and cost. After long compression, foam usually needs around 48–72 hours to fully expand and recover its original shape and resilience.
Regular production lead time is around 30–40 working days. We support sea shipping, air shipping and international express (DHL / FedEx / UPS).
