Quality control questions
Professional QC staff inspect both materials and production processes. Our quality control includes 4 semi-finished product inspections (pre-production sample, mid-production, finished product, first packed sample) and 3 packaging inspections (worker self-check, QC sample check, final packed product check). Every shipment is 100% inspected, our first-pass yield rate stays above 98%, and we provide a 1-year warranty for all products.
Key certifications: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (textile safety for fabrics, yarns and zippers), RoHS compliant (restriction of hazardous substances), and CertiPUR-US certified flexible polyurethane foam.
