Design freeze
Confirm dimensions, materials, colours, compression method and packaging with a production sheet.
Sample production
We build a physical sample so you can check comfort, fabric, foam density and finish.
Sample approval
You sign off the sample — or request changes. We iterate until it is right.
Bulk production
Production is scheduled and tracked against an agreed timeline, with regular photo and video updates.
Quality control
Every batch passes our multi-point inspection — foam density, stitch strength, load test, compression integrity.
Packaging
Flat-pack cartons, vacuum compression or palletized export packing per your channel needs.
Booking & shipping
We book your freight (FOB Shenzhen or landed options) and handle the export paperwork.

MOQ, OEM & ODM questions
There is no strict MOQ requirement — different quantities carry different prices, and small-batch orders are welcome. We fully support OEM & ODM services, including custom designs, fabrics, sizes and customized logos (woven label, printed label, embroidery badge, rubber label, silicone label, etc.).
OEM: you supply the design or drawings and we manufacture to your spec. ODM: we propose the design, materials and construction based on your target market and price point, and you brand it.
Yes — we can assist you in meeting the specific certification requirements of your market. We also provide the documents needed for customs clearance: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and more.
